About the Author

Regina Bergen is an avid gardener, and she can’t even count the number of times she’s said, “It’s not an autobiography!” in reference to Dirty Hoe - A Gardening Romance, the first book in the Small Town Dirt series. Regina lives with her three children and two rescue dogs in the beautiful Hudson Valley region of New York. She has a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Latin American Studies and a Master's in Public Administration. Before she began writing and editing full-time, Regina worked as a fundraiser at a global environmental conservation organization and spent several years as a stay-at-home mom. She loves the outdoors, animals, cooking, coffee, and spending her free time with her kids and pets.
